Gorgeous vibes but slow service
What a stunning place! The lobby feels like a movie set. The gym's cool, but packed with machines. Had my first Peloton sesh here! The bar is a total speakeasy vibe, which I loved. Just wish the service was quicker. Also, I waited way too long to grab coffee since my room didn’t have a coffee machine.

elegant lobby with room for improvement
The lobby and entrance exude a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel's storied past. The Fairmont King Room I stayed in offered a stunning city view and was hearing accessible, which was a thoughtful touch.
The hotel seems to have lost some of its former glory.

Staying in a suite was a treat, with elegant accommodations that made for a comfortable retreat. The customer service stood out. everyone, from the reception to the concierge, was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh made Mediterranean dishes at the on-site restaurant, and the pool provided a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. While I appreciated the complimentary late checkout, the room options at check-in could have been clearer.
