Gorgeous vibes but slow service

What a stunning place! The lobby feels like a movie set. The gym's cool, but packed with machines. Had my first Peloton sesh here! The bar is a total speakeasy vibe, which I loved. Just wish the service was quicker. Also, I waited way too long to grab coffee since my room didn’t have a coffee machine.

I stayed on the 11th floor, where my room was so quiet and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to rest after exploring the nearby seattle art museum and enjoying a stroll through the beautiful olympic sculpture park, which is less than two kilometers away. as a solo traveler, i loved the attentive service from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The customer service stood out. everyone, from the reception to the concierge, was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh made Mediterranean dishes at the on-site restaurant, and the pool provided a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. While I appreciated the complimentary late checkout, the room options at check-in could have been clearer.

I had an amazing time lounging by the pool and using the gym with a sauna. The concierge service helped me with local dining choices, and the spa pool was a bonus!
